A former PhD student of the IUE Department of Political Science and International Relations, Patrycja Hala Saçan's article titled "Civil Religion in Turkey: The Unifying and Divisive Potential of Material Symbols" has been published in the online magazine "the Jugaad Project." In the article, Patrycja discusses the old and new narratives on national consciousness in Turkey through the concept of civil religion.
